Judgment (Judge Eyes) Trophy Guide; Roadmap

Final boss at FoggyProductions

Published: June 30, 2019

Death metal lover and a gamer. Plays guitar — occasionally. In real life a QA, assuring quality of products and automating stuff (need to find a way to automate video editing).

Judgment is not an easy game to collect platinum for, especially becaues of Puyo Puyo mini-game and Drone Races League. When it comes to missables, some chapters have missable tasks you need to fulfill to unlock the trophy. List of missable trophies by chapters:

Through entire game — Oh Look, a Cat! — https://youtu.be/1D4xaiNBUa0
Chapter 2 — I’ll Make it Double — https://youtu.be/-LYQ3pBDj94
Chapter 5 — Way Too Thorough! — https://youtu.be/VpizQU3XAQU
Chapter 7 — The Art of Conversation — https://youtu.be/Ri_nPuLJZ8Q
Chapter 8 — Professional Password Presenter — https://youtu.be/2Hoy2POlPcU
Chapter 12 — Hung Jury — https://youtu.be/7gvUWH_fOkQ
Finale — The Final Nail — https://youtu.be/t2AFfZ0XACo

The rest can be done when you finish the game — load the clear save game data and you will continue in Premium Adventure mode where story is done but everything else can be finished there. I want to point some stuff that you should think of during the game to speed up those requirements for later.

First of all — skill books. 3 of them are missable during story missions but can be bought from SP exchange shop in sewers — All Skills Video Guide
You need 1000 kills with Crane and 1000 kills with Tiger style. Make sure when you finish 1 to change and use other style.
You need certain number of wall kick kills. Running towards wall and attacking from bouncing from wall + killing enemy is what you need. Do this all the time to complete and combine with step above.
You need 300 Heat Action activations. Combine with above steps.
You need certain number of kills with some picked up weapon (bicycle, signs. ). Combine with above steps.
You need destroy certain number of objects during the fight. Make sure to destroy everything when you enter the fight, before completing one. Combine with above steps.
You need to activate Heat Mode certain number of times. Combine with above steps.

The rest are mini-games, completing all food places (eating everything from the menu), which will require making friends with 50 people and finishing all 50 side missions. Leave money farming before Drone Races and Dice VR game, there is a great Blackjack exploit video on youtube. With alot of money you can fasten up some things like buying all drone parts, investing in Quickstarter, buying cheat items for mini-games from SP shop in sewers etc.

Last thing when you 100% the game (advisable to do so) is Legendary difficulty run. You can transfer your skills and items and progress (most of progress) to new game, so you can load your premium adventure save and transfer all from there to new game Legendary run. It will make it very easy and save you a lot of time.

Introduction

Welcome to the Judgment (Judge Eyes) Trophy Guide! Judgment is a new game by Ryu Ga Gotoku Studios, developer of the Yakuza game series. This is a spinoff of that series featuring similar gameplay and taking place in the same world, but with an all-new cast of characters and story unrelated to the main series. Trophies are similar to Yakuza 3 through 0, requiring you to earn 100% in game completion and complete the game on LEGEND difficulty in a second playthrough (though can be done in NG+). The game has a similar missable setup to Yakuza 0, with missable trophies every couple chapters related to doing specific things, then one game-spanning missable that you need to pay attention to from the start of a playthrough. Everything else though (including the 100%) isn’t missable and can be completed post story in free roam.

Step 1: Play through the story, getting missables during the main story, find Stray Cats

The first step is basically just finishing the story of the game. You can get all of the missables out of the way in this playthrough if you want to, or play blind and clean them all up in your LEGEND playthrough. You can do side content as it becomes available, or leave it until the end of the game, whichever choice you want. Aside from the missable story trophies and the cats everything is available to be completed in Premium Adventure.В For the 100% in-game completion nothing is missable, as you can still do the required tasks in free roam after the story.

Also pay attention the 3 missable skill books for trophy “Skill Master” (Rush Training, Secret Technique: Reverse Beatdown, Secret Technique: Front Beatdown). Even though they can be bought if you miss them, they are very expensive, so it’s better to pick them up for free during the story.

Make sure you get all Stray Cats at the first opportunity because they are highly missable.

If you’re unsure about any decision in the game, refer to the Walkthrough linked below, it’s written for 100% trophy completion and includes all missables and important choices. This will get you all missables in 1 playthrough:

Missable trophies in chronological order:

  1. I’ll Make it Double (Chapter 2)
  2. Way Too Thorough! (Chapter 5)
  3. The Art of ConversationВ (Chapter 7)
  4. Professional Password Presenter (Chapter 8)
  5. Hung Jury (Chapter 12)
  6. The Final Nail (Finale)
  7. Oh Look, a Cat! (Spans entire game, is earned in Finale)

Step 2: Continue playing in Premium Adventure to earn 100% completion in KamuroGo

After the story is complete you can continue playing in Premium Adventure, which is just post-story free roam. All side content is available to complete mostly in any order you want at your leisure. Your goal for the 100% is to complete everything in the KamuroGo app in the pause menu, meaning complete all Shop and City Missions, befriend all 50 characters, and complete all 50 Side Cases.

Step 3: LEGEND difficulty in NG+ and earn any remaining missable trophies (if you didn’t in first playthrough)

LEGEND difficulty is unlocked when you complete the story once on any other difficulty, then can be started in NG+ by choosing NEW GAME then “Start a new game using clear data” from the main menu. This carries over all your skills, money, and items, which makes it much easier to do this playthrough. If you didn’t earn “Oh Look, a Cat!” in your first playthrough you will have to make sure to get every cat again during this playthrough to earn that trophy, as all cats must be spotted in one playthrough.

3 Causes for Judging People (And How to Accept Yourself)

“If we learn to open our hearts, anyone, including the people who drive us crazy, can be our teacher.”

Читать еще:  Обзор умной колонки с ассистентом «Марвин» от МТС

Every person you meet has something special to give you—that is, if you are open to receiving it.

Each encounter offers you the gift of greater self-awareness by illustrating what you do and don’t accept about yourself. An honest look will show you that the reactions you have to others give you more information about yourself than about them.

You can never know for sure what motivates other people, but you can learn what you are accepting or judging in yourself.

For instance, if someone makes a remark about you and it’s something you also judge in yourself, it will most likely hurt. However, if they make the same remark and you don’t have that judgment about yourself, it probably won’t bother you at all.

I once visited a new friend’s house and everyone in the family was shorter than me. Since I’m the shortest person in my family, I never felt too tall.

When my friend’s mother met me at the door and said with a slightly disappointed tone, “Oh, you are so tall,” it didn’t affect me. I was aware that she had some discomfort with my height, but I didn’t take it personally.

However, had she been tall and said, “Oh, you are so short,” it probably would have pushed my buttons, since I do feel somewhat short.

This point is valid for almost any interaction imaginable: Reactions always have to do with our own self-judgments and feelings of inadequacy or strength, not the other person.

Most judgments of others stem from one of three basic causes:

1. You wouldn’t tolerate the same behavior or characteristic in yourself.

For instance, you might be shy and encounter a very gregarious person. Your judgment might go something like this: What a show-off. They are so loud and obnoxious. Because you would be embarrassed to act this way, you resent somebody else doing it.

This type of judgment might reveal that you are not fully expressing yourself, hence you feel resentful or put off by others doing so, even if they do it clumsily.

Becoming aware of the truth of this reaction and working on expressing yourself more fully and authentically would result in a valuable gift of freer self-expression.

2. You display the same behavior and aren’t aware of it, so you project your disowned behavior onto others and dislike it “out there.”

Everyone has encountered the second cause at some point. Someone is complaining about a friend or acquaintance and you think to yourself, “That’s funny, they do the same thing they are finding wrong!”

Taking an honest look within to see if you share some of the characteristics you dislike in others. You may be surprised to learn that you do, and it is likely to offer insight into gaining greater self-acceptance and compassion for others.

3. You are envious and resent the feelings that come up so you find something wrong with those who have what you want and end up judging them.

Someone who has attained recognition may remind you of your own lack of success in this area. You may resent their higher degree of accomplishment and then find something wrong with them in order to avoid your own feelings of inadequacy.

Since inspiration is a much more effective motivator than competition, you’d be more likely to experience success if you got inspired by other people’s victories instead of wasting time finding fault with them.

Most judgments of others are ego strategies to avoid uncomfortable feelings. However, if you lack the awareness of where they come from, they can lead to even more discomfort down the line.

Becoming aware of the nature of your judgments doesn’t mean that you no longer have preferences. You may still notice that certain types of behavior seem unappealing.

But with right understanding and a little work, discernment rather than judgment kicks in and causes you to feel compassion for others, even if you’re not enthusiastic about their behavior.

At the very least, you’ll feel neutral.

Discernment is awareness and understanding without an emotional response. Exercising discernment feels very different from getting your buttons pushed. Judgments that cause emotional reactions are clues to help you find personal insight.

When you explore beliefs and assumptions instead of judging people, you open a door to expanded self-awareness and self-acceptance.

Rather than unconsciously delighting in the ego gratification of judging others, you let your reactions and judgments help you achieve greater self-understanding—and accordingly, greater happiness and success.

When you use your judgment of others as a mirror to show you the workings of your own mind, every person’s reflection can become a valuable gift, making each person you encounter a teacher and a blessing.

Chapter 1: Three Blind Mice

This trophy is awarded once you reach the save game screen following Chapter 2.

After meeting Kaito in the Koi Bride shop and defeating the group of thugs you’ll be directed to go downstairs. After you are given the Key to L’Amant and the free 300 chips make a save. While you’re in the Casino waiting for your informant you need to double your chips (earn 300, so that you get to a total of 600). This has to be done during this section of the story, it can’t be done later. You also can only play one of the games (Poker or Blackjack) and once you stop playing either the story advances, so make a save when you’re in the Casino before starting either game, so if you lose too many chips you can start over.

The choice between the two games is up to you. Poker you can win more quickly, but it’s against 3 people so you’re more likely to lose and you can’t bait the AI to fold that easily as there isn’t an option for All In. Blackjack is only you against the dealer and is a more basic win condition, but you can’t earn as many chips as quick. Poker was my personal preference.

This trophy is awarded once you reach the save game screen following Chapter 4.

This trophy is awarded once you reach the save game screen following Chapter 6.

During Chapter 7 you’ll be getting Saori to go into a Hostess Club to get information about the murder victim you’re investigating. Make a save before you head into the hair salon, as you can’t save after this until you complete the next section, so need to do the whole thing over if you mess up. Once you’re inside the club you play as Saori engaging with customers. During the dialogue you need to make the following responses:

First two customers:
My name is Saori.
Were you asleep?

When speaking to the other hostess in the dressing room:
Hashiki-san?!

With the next customer:
Give Mika a Sign
Get close to him

This trophy is awarded once you reach the save game screen following Chapter 8.

In Chapter 8 when going to the Gambling Hall to find Hamura, you are given a password by a man in L’Amant. When you go to the door in Champion District, respond in the following way (make a save before starting just in case you mess up).

Three Times
Can I talk to Moon
Chateaubriand, Blue.

This trophy is awarded once you reach the save game screen following Chapter 10.

This trophy is awarded once you reach the save game screen following Chapter 12.

During the court case in the Finale Chapter, you have to present all evidence correctly on the first try. Follow the choices below to present all the evidence correctly:

It created cushy retirement positions.
Shintani’s Phone Log
Shono’s Connection to the Kyorei Clan Murders
Hamura and Ichinose’s Missing Link (The important choice for this trophy)

This trophy is awarded once you finish the Finale Chapter and complete the main story.

Once you are post story and working on other content the fastest way to earn SP is to purchase the Hug Bomb drinks. Normal Hug Bomb is always available, but you will want to complete the Quickstarter funding for the next three tiers so that you can buy Hug Bomb Omega. This drink costs 140,000 Yen each time and gives 770 SP. Don’t worry about this until the very end of the game and you need more SP to clean up some remaining stuff, as you will need the money for other requirements until you can get the free pass for Paradise VR to play Dice and Cube as much as you want.

If you view the Shops section of the app you can select each shop tile and it will list out all the requirements for each location. Once you complete all missions for a location the menu will display a gold crown in the top right corner of the menu image.

For restaurants, the menu will display each item, and you can also see which you have purchased when at the store itself as there will be a red checkmark in a box in the food selection menu. Any menu items listed in the menu with “. ” means it’s an item that’s not available yet, these are all made available after you befriend the shop owner for that location.

After befriending Haoyu Xiu you are given a skill book which unlocks the Bottomless Stomach skill for purchase which allows you to eat food even when your health is full, but I wouldn’t recommend buying this until the end of the game if you still have restaurants to finish. Making sure to go to different ones each time I was able to finish all stores shortly after completing the story, so buying it early and spending a bunch of money on food when I didn’t need to would have been a waste of SP.

For locations related to minigames, the menu will list your progress towards cumulative requirements, such as the number of dice thrown in Paradise VR. Any that require doing a list of things will display the list if you press В В while viewing the menu item. All requirements for these must be done at their specific location, the only exception to this is the Darts requirements listed under Club SEGA (Theater Square), where you can also do the requirements at the Dart Board in the bar Bantam.

While in search / investigation mode you will occasionally find cats that you can inspect which will give a small amount of SP. You’ll know they are around because you can hear a fairly loud meowing until you spot them, at which point the meowing stops. This is HIGHLY MISSABLE. You must inspect all 14 Stray Cats during story events, and if you miss one you are locked out of the trophy for that playthrough. You have to find all 14 required ones in one playthrough, so you need to be very aware of looking for the cats during the story.

Cats in Side Cases aren’t required for this trophy or 100% completion, but are still listed in the guide as they still give some SP.

For drone parts you want to get a lot of the high end ones, especially there ones you get access to by finding all of Sebastion Hutton’s QR codes. Below are the two setups I used for the Champion League.

For races 1,2,6, and 7 which are on the fairly straight tracks you want as much speed as possible. Using the high cost/low durability SMZ frame so you can put the highest level speed parts in allows you to rip through these tracks quickly ahead of the other drones. You will likely also want to use this setup for the time trials, but those can be done in single race where the other drones aren’t as fast as the Champion League ones so getting bumped isn’t as big a deal. If you feel you can use this for all the races though then feel free, you are basically limited to two hard hits before your drone is toast though so it’s fairly difficult.

For races 3, 4, 5, 8, 9 and 10 you’ll likely want to switch to the high level S-ONE frames, which offer the highest durability but a 50 point cost limit reduction from the SMZ frames. This means you can’t go as fast but you can afford getting bumped by the other drones or hitting a few obstacles if you’re not used to the tracks as much. You can very much get through the races with this setup, so will stop the need for reloading your save if you get knocked out trying it with the low durability setup.

Judge Eyes —

Judge Eyes: Shinigami no Yuigon

Google Stadia.
